Kenny K card with some DT news.. :)

Good evening, it has taken me all day to try and get this post to go live.. busy busy busy..
news first..

I am going to be part of Kenny K’s Design Team!!!!!!!! whoop whoop!! along with some other fabby people… congratulations girls..x
I haven’t been on any DT’s for a while now.. and to be honest i am loving it.. no pressure.. hehe.. (anything for an easy life!)
so why am i joining a DT then…… ??
Donna  asked me a little while ago about being on the DT for the Kenny K Krafty girlz challenges….. (I just love Kenny K images…who doesn’t?)well it didn’t take a lot of arm bending… none at all actually!! ..    for me to say YES   ………..then went off to panic afterward..

My first dt card for the challenge will be on January 9th… so a little while yet.. but i can’t wait to join the other DT members .
My card.. well i had a card to make for my Dad for his birthday.. and thought that the buggin drummer would be perfect for him..

I coloured this guy with copics ..

and made him into an oval easel card using my grande  oval nesties..

I used papers from little crate papers for this card can’t remember the pack name.. as they are all separated in draws now.. The star is one that is cut from grunge board using a sizzix primitive stars die and then i painted it with distress paints, added the button, music note charm and some letters..
and thats it..

Totally Gorjuss… Guest DT

Well what can i say.. apart from thank you to the girls over at the
Totally Gorjuss challenge blog.
for asking me if i would be a guest designer … I am chuffed to bits to be asked..
Net Has created a fantastic sketch to follow.. I love a good sketch..  be sure to drop along to the Totally Gorjuss challenge blog to see it for yourself and to leave the girls some love..

Well here is my card for the challenge..   and like i have said above, i love working with  sketches especially when they are good ones like this one..
I have used some of the papers from the cottage charm collection from the Nitwit collections . the friends is from the same digi collection as is the frame that i have cut out and placed over my image..

The various butterflies are all Martha Stewart punches and the gem swirl is from my stash..

I have stitched all the way round the card and attached some lace with staples..

This image that i have used is a digi image from Spesh designer stamps, isn’t she adorable.

the image was printed via my printer onto Neenah classic card and then coloured with copic sketch markers and prisma pencils.

Hanglar Christmas card

This is a Hanglar and stanglar Christmas card that i made last week.. I can’t believe that i haven’t had time to make any cards this week at all.. and to be honest i don’t know why??? i blame December.. everything seems to go a bit haywire at this time of year.. lol..

I used digital papers for this card from nitwit collections and these are part of the simple joys collection.

the sentiment is by whimsy stamps

for the snowflake i first cut out some snowflakes on the cricut and then added some twinklets, finished of by layering with a punched out Martha Stewart snowflake, a spacer and a gem brad which is from the hobby house.

for the garland i simply added some flower soft..

the hanglar and stanglar image has been coloured with copic markers.
forgot to take a picture of these ones..  told you my head is all over the place..

I have this card to share today.. just another quick post from me today..

This is another of my images that i had coloured already and had stored in a folder for future use..
I used some basic grey papers, wild orchid crafts flowers, a mm metal butterfly, sentiment is whimsy stamps, and the frame is Marianne design.

sorry for the lack of copic colours listed.. I haven’t a clue which ones i used..
